Transport costs can be reimbursed in the case of:
travel related to Stura
travel related to the FO
travel to faculty meetings
Note: this offer only applies to multi-campus FOs.
Project grants
This includes all sorts of activities that an FO can organize for its own members or for the wider student population, as well as promotional material.
The project grants consist of a total budget shared among all FOs. Individual applications have to be approved by Stura.
How to apply for financial support?
There are two types of FOs: non-profit organisations (vzw) and de facto associations.
Non-profits can apply for the full amount of grants, textile funding and team building budget in one go by filing an expense report [based on the guidelines described above]. If you wish to deviate from a guideline, submit a request via info@stura.be
De Facto associations submit a budget plan for all separate activities to be undertaken. After the activity, they always provide a separate expense report, with original supporting documents attached. Stura then keeps track of how much funding they have left.
In return, we always ask the FOs to provide photos and a short report for Stura’s annual report. This is a brief text describing the activity (set-up, purpose, attendance, …).
