Executive Board
The Executive Board plays a central role in the governance of the university. It acts as the executive management body and is responsible for the administrative coordination and substantive preparation of the meeting of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Governors and the Academic Council.
Key responsibilities
Policy development
Develops policy proposals and drafts the university's multi-annual strategic plan.
Policy implementation
Responsible for implementing established policy and reporting on progress and results.
Financial management
Prepares the university's budget and annual accounts, and monitors the financial balance.
