Confidential Support KU Leuven
The Confidential Support Unit (CSU) brings together all appointed and trained confidential counsellors in one independent, cohesive team. Each member acts as a confidential counsellor; some also serve as Prevention Advisers on Psychosocial Aspects (PAPS), and one member holds the role of central Ombudsperson.
This mailbox and phone number are only accessible to confidential counsellors. You’re free to reach out just to ask a question or request a conversation—there’s no pressure to explain everything right away.
Your request will be handled by the counsellor best suited to support you.
Take your time: you can contact a confidential counsellor whenever you feel ready.

Stura Code of Conduct
Stura is committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment at all its meetings, events and activities - for its members and for all KU Leuven student representatives.
This code of conduct reflects the values we stand for and applies to how we interact within the council, as well as how we act when representing students more broadly. We follow the principles set out in our Rules of Procedure, this Code of Conduct, and KU Leuven’s frameworks on social safety and inclusion.
If something doesn’t feel right, or if you have questions or concerns, you can always reach out to the Student Council’s confidential contact point, found below.
All members of the Daily Board serve as the confidants within the Student Council. You can contact them individually if you want to make a report or need someone to talk to.
You can also reach us directly by emailing contactpunt@stura.be.
