Lending service

If you would like to lend something, please submit a request at least 5 working days before your event. Please note that the lending service is only open during the teaching weeks and closed during study, exam and holiday periods and the non-teaching week.

We will now work with a digital lending system. We will ask for both the billing information and the name and contact details of the person who will collect the materials. This way, we know who to contact if necessary.

Below you can browse our assortment and add the desired items to your cart. Attention: Your cart will only be emptied and processed when we confirm your request. After that, you will receive an invoice listing all requested materials, along with the required deposit. The total deposit amounts to a maximum of € 500. Does your request exceed this amount? Please contact us so that we can process the request manually. If you have not received a response within 2 working days of your request, something has gone wrong and you should inquire.

On the invoice you will also find the payment instructions, including our account number and a QR code with which you can easily pay the deposit.

We ask you to return all materials clean and textiles washed. If needed, you can lend dishcloths to clean the borrowed items. Textiles that are returned unwashed will be washed by us; the laundry cost will then be deducted from the deposit.

Please also read the General Terms and Conditions. There you will find the damage compensation rates we apply in case of lost or damaged materials, as well as other agreements regarding the use of the lending service.
